Lisa believes there is no one “magic” workout, but rather each person is unique and plans are catered to the individual. Consistency and feedback are key in a healthy coach/client relationship. Working with Lisa includes weekly emails and consultation calls to support your training plan and goals. Each plan has the runner’s best interest in mind.
