Weight training contributes to a well rounded lifestyle enabling the client to feel strong in both sport and everyday activities.

  • Yoga

    Private individual and group instruction in your home, yard or deck. Or schedule a session on the beach. Lisa will provide a practice suited to you in the comfort of your own space and time. She teaches during the summer at Great Harbor Yacht Club and in the winter months you can find her classes at the Northborough Fitness Club.

  • Run Coach

    Whether you are new to running or looking for guidance for your current training level, Let Lisa provide instruction. Hiring a Coach is an excellent way to make the most of your training. Whether you are training for an event or just looking to gain fitness - Lisa is here for you ready to meet you where you are.

About Lisa

Lisa is an AFAA certified personal trainer and has a 200 hr yoga training certificate from MetroWest Yoga. She has trained 1000’s of high school cross country runners in Central MA and many private clients as well as at the Great Harbor Yacht Club in Nantucket, MA. She brings extensive experience in track and field, having coached thousands of athletes for over 20 years.  

Lisa’s recent addition to her knowledge of health and wellness as a 200 hr certified yoga instructor has brought a new dimension and perspective in the way she works and trains others, along with her own personal development and training. It has had a profound effect on Lisa’s training philosophy and has transformed her life both physically and mentally. Whether you're new to fitness or an experienced athlete, Lisa looks forward to sharing her practice and training philosophy with you.
