About Lisa

Hi I’m Lisa,

I am passionate about health and fitness. Being diagnosed with runner’s dystonia (a rare neurological disorder caused by excessive exercise and repetitive movements) a few years ago taught me the importance of proper recovery and avoiding over training. Working out and living a balanced, healthy lifestyle should be fun and not a chore. I hope to share my enthusiasm with my clients and help them with their fitness journey.

I am Certified Personal Trainer, a Running Coach and I am in the process of receiving my 200 hr yoga teacher certification (expected April 2022). I'm currently taking 1-1 clients for personal training and in-home private yoga sessions, along with instructing private group yoga classes. From June-September I work with clients in Nantucket, MA, both in-home and at Great Harbor Yacht Club. From October-May you can find me in central MA working privately with clients and at Northborough Fitness Club.
